Tao of Devotion® 

Is a musical project offering the composition and performance of devotional and meditative music for mantras, sacred chants, medicine songs and dance. It offers events, workshops and retreats with the intention of supporting the natural process of spiritual awakening. The live music, specially composed, arranged or improvised, becomes an integral part of the work, supporting the psychological self-inquiry and a spontanous opening of the Heart. Music, song and dance inspire beauty, touch emotionally, foster a meditative state of peace and silence, nurturing vitality, gratitude and pure joy.   

Shunyata 

Holds a degree in Psychopedagogy with a focus on Applied Psychology. She has extensive training in Humanistic Psychology, Body Mediation Methodologies and Dance-Movement Therapy with a Symbolic Jungian orientation. She specialises in natural healing practices and the sacred arts of dance, song and music, which she has been using in her work for over twenty-five years. She began her research and training in 1990, lived and worked for over ten years in centres and spiritual communities, dedicating herself to service and teaching.

Shunyata has devised a method of personal growth through expressive dance and body awareness, called "Coremotion Life Beat" offered since 1998 in courses, events and seminars. Over the years hundreds of people had directly experienced its benefits and have been intimately inspired.

Massimo Russo 

Is recognised in much of the musical world as a very talented drummer for his technique and versatility. A graduate of the 'F. Torrefranca' conservatory in Vibo Valentia (Italy), Massimo excels in every musical style. He is also a keyboardist and composer. 

He regularly plays alongside big names in drumming, both Italian and foreign, treading the stages of numerous international drum festivals. Massimo is the only official Italian representative of the "Wizdom Drumshed School" teaching method, after studying in the United States with the great drummer, pedagogue and global ambassador Dom Famularo. Together with Shunyata he is co-creator of the “Tao of Devotion” project.
